'Paleo Cauliflower Rice is considered as an alternate for Rice and suggested as 1-time meal for People following Paleo Diet. Cauliflower is known to be anti-cancerous and is good for leg pain. In this video, we have explained the step by step procedure to clean Cauliflower and prepare Cauliflower rice.  Paleo Diet Cauliflower Rice in Tamil  Enga Veettu Samayal:  Preparation time: 5 minutes Cooking Time: 10 minutes Serves: 1  Cauliflower Rice ingredients:  1. Cauliflower Florets  –  10-12 pieces 2. Himalayan Rock Salt  – Little 3. Turmeric Powder –  Pinch  Recipe:  1. First wash the Cauliflower pieces thoroughly. 2. Add Salt and Turmeric to water and boil the Cauliflower in this water for few minutes. 3. Now strain the Cauliflower and chop them as fine as Rice particles using a food processor.  4. Steam the minced Cauliflower in Idly cooker for 5 minutes. 5. Take out the Cauliflower from the idly cooker once it is steamed and mix Himalayan Rock salt to it. 6. Paleo Diet Cauliflower Rice is ready.  பேலியோ காலிஃபிளவர் ரைஸ் செய்வது எப்படி?  எங்க வீட்டு சமையல்:  பேலியோ காலிஃபிளவர் ரைஸ் செய்ய தேவையான பொருட்கள்:  1. காலிஃபிளவர் - 100 கிராம் 2. இந்துப்பு - சிறிது  பேலியோ காலிஃபிளவர் ரைஸ் செய்முறை:  1. முதலில் காலிஃபிளவரை சிறிய பூக்களாக வெட்டி, உப்பும் மஞ்சளும் கலந்த     நீரில் சிறிது நேரம் கொதிக்க எடுக்கவும். 2. பின் அதனை எடுத்து பொடி பொடியாக மிக்ஸி கொண்டு பொடித்து கொள்ளவும். 3. இட்லி குக்கரில் வேக வைத்து எடுக்கவும். பின் அதில் உப்பு சேர்க்கவும். 4. பேலியோ காலிஃபிளவர் ரைஸ் தயார். 5. இதற்கு பேலியோ குழம்பு, ரசம், தயிர் சேர்த்து உண்ணலாம்.
